    Veterinary Surgeon, Lead Vet

    Dr Victoria Hopkins is so excited to have returned from maternity leave as Hospital Director and Lead Vet in a clinic that she has called home for almost 6yrs. Victoria worked closely with Dr Ian Russ prior to his retirement and is now looking forward to putting her own mark on the clinic whilst maintaining gold standard care for her clients and patients.

    Victoria graduated Veterinary Science from Sydney University in 2010 with 1st Class Honours. She has worked in Small Animal Practice since then and started working at 4 Paws almost 6 years ago. She loves all aspects of the job, especially forming a strong connection with her regular clients and patients. She also loves surgery and has done extra study in this area to further her skills. When not at work Victoria is kept busy running after her 2 sons, Lucas and Hamish.

  • Dr Atticus

    Veterinary Surgeon

    Dr Atticus holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Veterinary Science from the University of Sydney. His desire to help animals in need inspired him to become a vet.

    Atticus joined the 4 Paws Vet team in August 2022, having previously worked in private practices in Sydney and Melbourne.

    Dr Atticus mostly enjoys working on patient care involving chronic diseases and ongoing conditions. He can also provide consults for Mandarin and Cantonese speaking clients.

  • Dr Megan

    Veterinary Surgeon

    Megan is a dedicated veterinarian originally from Missouri, USA, where she earned a degree in biology before pursuing her veterinary education at the Royal Veterinary College in London, England. Graduating with honors in 2022, she began her career in Calgary, Canada, jumping right into working in emergency medicine for two years. Now based locally in Sydney, Megan is excited to focus on routine surgeries and preventative care while building strong relationships with the patients and clients at 4 Paws. She is also deeply interested in Australia’s unique wildlife and looks forward to learning more about the country’s native species and their care. Outside of her work, Megan enjoys traveling as well as pursuing various hobbies. She plans to learn to surf, study Spanish and continue to express her creativity through sewing.

  • Dr Stephanie

    Senior Veterinary Surgeon (on Maternity Leave)

    Dr Steph hails from South Africa and graduated from the University of Pretoria, with a Bachelor of Veterinary science in 2012. After a short stint doing mixed practice in South Africa she moved to the UK, where she spent 10 years working in small animal practice in London.

    Steph enjoys all aspects of veterinary practise and focuses on preventative healthcare to promote the well being of your pet throughout their life.

    Outside of work she enjoys spending time on the beach, hiking and exploring Sydney with her family.

  • Elizabeth

    Veterinary Nurse, Practice Manager

    Elizabeth has been in the Veterinary industry for more than 10 years. Having started her career as a trainee nurse at Bondi Vet, She became a qualified Veterinary Nurse in 2015. Prior to becoming a Veterinary Nurse Elizabeth was an Event Manager and worked in many of Sydney’s 5-star hotels.

    When Elizabeth is not in the clinic, she is spending time with her little boy, Eddie and their cat Eric.

  • Alice

    Veterinary Nurse, Head Nurse

    Alice is originally from the UK but has lived in Sydney for 11 years and been qualified as a Vet nurse for 10 years. Alice has worked as a specialist nurse and an emergency nurse and has recently come back to General practice nursing after having her two sons Louis & Alfie.

    Her main interests are monitoring anaesthetics for Surgeries and Nurse consults.

    In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach and walking her 5 year old Jack Russell Cliffy.

  • Andres

    Veterinary Nurse

    Andres is a Colombian Veterinarian working in Australia as a vet nurse. His main interests are internal medicine and anaesthesia in small animals.

    His goal is to sit his validation exam and become a licensed veterinarian at 4 Paws Vet.

    When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, visiting new places and tasting different types of food.

    The first thing that any client and patient can expect from him is a big smile.

  • Jezamin

    Veterinary Nurse

    Jez’s passion for animals began in childhood, where she nurtured a deep love for pets, including guinea pigs and a Beagle named Millie.

    She completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing at Ultimo TAFE, graduating in 2020. Jez is dedicated to all facets of veterinary nursing, with a particular focus on providing expert advice in animal nutrition, exercise and animal behaviour.

    Outside of her professional commitments, Jez enjoys nature trail running, hiking, beach outings, and gym workouts. She also cherishes reading and writing, and spends quality time with her partner and their three dogs.

  • Libby

    Trainee Veterinary Nurse

    Libby has been nursing for 3 years & has been working at 4 paws since the middle of 2023. Libby has a passion for all animals and is always looking to further her education and practices. In her spare time, she is either at her family farm or hanging at home with her cat Rusty.

  • Olivia

    Veterinary Nurse

    Olivia attained her Certificate II in Animal Studies in 2020 and her Certificate IV in Vet Nursing in July 2022. She has been employed in GP practice full time since her first month of work placement, being lucky enough to secure a job when another nurse went on maternity leave! She has always been around animals and owned pets of all shapes and sizes, from rabbits to a horse. Olivia’s favourite aspect of nursing is forming bonds with sick patients while aiding them back to health.

    Olivia enjoys doing anything outdoors in her spare time, from swimming and other water-related activities to horse riding and hiking with her like-minded friends. She also enjoys the company of her spoilt and therefore slightly temperamental (and ancient!) golden retriever Max!

  • Catilin

    Veterinary Nurse, Veterinary Student

    Caitlin is currently studying veterinary science at the University of Sydney, and has been working at 4 Paws since the start of 2023. Caitlin loves all animals great and small, having completed honours on ventricular septal defects in horses. She is also particularly passionate about cuddling the gorgeous cats in our boarding facility.

    When she is not studying or at work, Caitlin enjoys relaxing at balmoral beach with a good coffee and a book.

  • Janet

    Receptionists, Veterinary Nurse

    Janet joined the 4 Paws Vet team in August 2017 after a long term career in veterinary nursing and management with the RSPCA NSW Veterinary Hospital. She has always enjoyed advising and educating, on responsible pet ownership and animal welfare, which happily she doesn’t need to do too much of at 4 Paws Vet.
